Robert Miller, ed. The Complete Gospels: Annotated Scholars Version (Sonoma: Polebridge Press, 1992).

The copies that I handed out in class (Infancy Gospel of James & Gospel of Thomas) were made from this book. It has helpful historical  information on the canonical gospels as well. The graphs are well done and valuable for class handouts.
