• Church teams gain an understanding of the distinct character of their congregations.
• Members of teams identify their individual leadership styles and
  learn how to function effectively within team leadership situations.
• Teams define steps each congregation can take to develop its
  potential.
• Specific challenges for ministry in the community where God has called the church into being are identified.
• A reasonable, sustainable team ministry project in each community is developed and activated.
• Team support networks within each congregation and community are developed.

Schedule outline

Meeting one Saturday per month from September through May.
(except December) 9:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Total hours over two years: 100 classroom hours.
10 CEU’s (continuing education units) offered by 
Bangor Theological Seminary upon request
 and with an additional fee of $45.00.

Church Teams - Because this program is based on the concept of team ministry, we urge that at least two people enroll from each participating church family.

Rotation Slots - Churches may register one or more rotation slots. Those open slots allow for the participation of church members who have an interest in a particular topic for a given session. Persons using these slots will not be enrolled in the program.

There is a $40.00 per church, non-refundable application fee. 
The tuition fees include core group sessions and some course and instructional materials.   There may be additional costs for the purchase of some textbooks.

Tuition costs are per year:

• Individual: $650.00 per person per year.
  
• Two people from the same church or cluster group:
  $625.00 per person per year.
  
• Three people from the same church or cluster group:
  $600.00 per person per year.
  
• Four people from the same church or cluster group:
  $575.00 per person per year.

Rotation Slots are also available.

• One rotation slot per church: $100.00 per slot
• Two rotation slots per church: $80.00 per slot
