Convocation 2008 Evaluation

 
 

Your comments and opinions are important and helpful as we plan future events. To show our appreciation, two completed evaluations will be drawn at random and will receive a FREE registration for Convocation 2009.

Evaluations (whether paper or online) must be received by March 14, 2008, you must have attended the 2008 Convocation event, and your name/info must be included to be eligible for the drawing (your name will not show up in the final evaluation results).

You can either fill out and submit the following online evaluation and submit it or print out the pdf (click here), fill out and mail in to: Convocation Evaluation, Bangor Theological Seminary, PO BOX 411, Bangor, Maine 04402-0411.
